Beanstox is sponsoring a contest relating to a Beanstox priority list sign up (the “Priority List”) by Clients, new users and their family and friends. The terms of the contest are as follows:
Eligibility:
1.1. The Beanstox Priority List contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older as of the date the Contest begins and be US residents.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Beanstox and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the contest.
1.3. Participants must have a valid email address to sign up for the Priority List. The email address used must be the same for both the Beanstox investment account and the Priority List contest.
1.4. Participants must have an active (funded) Beanstox investment account that remains active at least 60 days after the end of the contest to be eligible to receive the prize.

How to Participate:
2.1. To enter the contest, eligible participants must sign up on the Beanstox Priority List using their valid email address.
2.2. Participants earn points to move up in line and increase their chances of winning by
completing the following actions (the “Actions”):
- Sharing the Priority List communication with friends and family through a unique referral link provided by Beanstox (5 points per successful referral). A successful referral is created when a family or friend uses the unique Beanstox link provided to a Participant to submit their email address to be added to the Priority List.
- To earn additional points, participants must access Beanstox’s social media platforms via the respective links in each participant’s personalized Priority List contest’s landing page. The landing page can be accessed from (i) the email sent right after a participant signs up on the Priority List, or (ii) whenever a participant signs up on the Priority List from Beanstox’s homepage and is automatically redirected to the personalized landing page. This can only be done once for each social media platform.

Contest Period:
3.1. The contest will commence on July 12, 2023, and conclude on September 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm ET (the “Contest Period”).
3.2. Only Actions performed within the Contest Period are eligible for points accumulation.
Point Calculation:
4.1. Points will be awarded based on the successful completion of Actions.
4.2. Beanstox reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of points earned and disqualify any participant determined by Beanstox, in its sole discretion, to have engaged in fraudulent or manipulative practices.
4.3 Points will be given to participants for referrals after successful valid email submission by the referees with a valid Beanstox unique code provided by the referrer.
Winner Selection and Notification:
5.1. The top 10 participants with the highest accumulated points at the end of the contest and fulfilling all contest conditions will be declared winners following review by Beanstox.
5.2. Winners will be contacted via email within 60 of days following the contest’s conclusion, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. Winners must have an active Beanstox investment account for at least 60 days to receive the prize with the same email address used for the Priority List contest. The active Beanstox investment account must also be active at the time of the payment of the prizes.
5.4. Prize amounts (described in section 6.2) will be credited to the winners’ Beanstox investment account as soon as practicable after having been determined a winner.
5.5 Except where prohibited, a potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (“Affidavit/Release”). If the potential winners fail to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, an alternate finalist will be selected in his/her place from the point results. By participating, each winner, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to announce his/her name on the Sponsor’s Website, social media channels and any other communication channel it deems, as a winner and to use his/her name, address (city and state), video, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
Prize Redemption:
6.1. Winners must have an active Beanstox investment account in good standing in order to receive their prize.
6.2. Up to 10 prize amounts will be awarded to the top ten individuals ranked by points, according to the following schedule: $1,000 for the individual with most points, $900 for 2nd, $800 for 3rd, $700 for 4th, $600 for 5th, $100 for 6th through 10th. Beanstox reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. In case of a tie, Beanstox will prorate the related prize money to the best of its ability.
Publicity Release:
7.1. By participating in the contest, participants grant Beanstox the right to use their name,
likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
General Conditions:
8.1. Beanstox reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Beanstox reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the terms and conditions of the contest or to have engaged in any form of fraudulent activity.
8.3. Participants agree to release Beanstox and its affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the contest.
8.4 The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
8.5 Beanstox is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, registration, votes or messages; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Contest-related materials.
Beanstox is using an independent third-party service provider to record participation and tally points for the contest.
