Promotion Description

Beanstox is giving a $10 reward (“Reward”) during our Beanstox PLUS Account promotion (“Promotion”) for NEW Clients (“Clients”). This Promotion is available to Clients who sign up for Beanstox Plus, and open, fund and maintain a new Beanstox Plus investment account (“Account”) for at least 30 consecutive days (“Holding Period”). The Promotion may be extended by Beanstox in its sole discretion.  Failure to fulfill all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, including maintaining your Account in good standing, will cause the Client to become immediately ineligible for the Promotion.

Promotion Period

Subject to the terms hereof, the Promotion will be active effective March 12, 2024, and end as determined by Beanstox in its sole discretion (“Promotion Period”).

 

Eligibility

  • Clients must fulfill all the Promotion Terms and Conditions described herein.

  • The Promotion is open to individuals who are US residents and aged 18 years or older as of the date they open an Account.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Beanstox and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

  • Participants must have a valid email address to sign up for an Account.

  • Participants must have an active funded Account that remains invested for the entire Holding Period.

  • Clients must open an Account and fund the Account with their first qualifying investment (minimum $100) by 11:59pm ET on the last day of the Promotion, which may be determined or modified by Beanstox its sole discretion.

  • Rewards are paid out as soon as practicable after the end of the Holding Period. Clients who: (i) close their Account during the Holding Period, (ii) have not made at least one successful qualifying investment for at least 30 consecutive days, or (iii) have made a withdrawal during the Holding Period, will not qualify for the Reward. Eligibility determination for Rewards is at the sole discretion of Beanstox.

  • The Reward will be deposited directly into the Client’s Account once the eligibility criteria are met and the Holding Period has expired.

  • Beanstox reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a Client’s identity or bank account information prior to processing Reward payments.

Beanstox reserves the right to restrict or revoke this offer at any time. The Promotion is subject to change at Beanstox’s sole discretion. 

The Promotion is based on actions taken in the App.

 

Release

By participating, each Client, except where legally prohibited, grants permission to Beanstox and its designees to announce such Client on the Beanstox’s website, social media channels and any other communication channel it deems appropriate, as a Client benefitting from this Promotion  and to use the Promotion information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

 

General Conditions

  • Beanstox reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Beanstox reserves the right to disqualify any Client found to be in violation of the terms and conditions of the Promotion or to have engaged in any form of fraudulent activity.

  • Clients agree to release Beanstox and its affiliates from any liability arising from their participation in the Promotion.

  • The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  • Beanstox is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, registration, votes or messages; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, or registrations, the announcement of the Promotion Payments, or in any Promotion related materials.
